Retired memes #20

Some sites choose to retire their memes, meaning those memes are no longer in use, but should still be recognisable for historical sake.

I propose that those be marked with red or some other identifable marker to show their difference to other memes.

The popup could be marked, but I think marking the underline would be more clear and better.

I think what needs to happen here is that the JSON Template needs to be extended, meaning that there needs to be more attributes for the objects. like formatting, links, etc

Most certainly, the JSON needs an overhaul.
