onswipe fragments like tablayout #92

can we swipe fragments in chipNavBar like TabLayout?

H This is not supported. I don't believe the animation will work if it's controlled by an horizontal scroll like a tab indicator, got the felling it will look a little bit weird since we hide the label and not just moving the "chip" around.
