Is it possible you add more effects #233

This is among very few carousel components working flawlessly with Vue 3 Vite at the time of writing. I have tried many options but they are giving all sorts of errors.

However, it would be good if it had features like effects so that someone can choose the effect they would like to apply to the slides apart from the sliding effect.
