Add options to show/hide several UI items. First it is required to add a config UI module

[x] Controls always visible
[x] Show progressbar
[ ] Show tooltip (if it's not too many options)

I second the need for a maximum width option in panels. Also an option to disable the progress bar, it's distracting in a panel. The controls flicker when the song changes and it's very noticeable. I think all the controls should always be visible even when they aren't necessary in the context, e.g. there's no previous song, so the buttons won't move or flicker at all on song changes.

Options added on 0.2.0. Leaving tooltip always on for now
