On Screen Navigation

This feature is part of the GSoC 2019 - QGIS 3D Improvement

Currently, we can control the 3D map view by using some shortcuts and mouse. The idea is adding a new tool in the 3D map view to control the view by using an on screen button. It will help a new user to navigate or control. The features of the on screen navigation are

• Zoom control (in and out)
• Titling with + and -
• Rotate the view circle

Update:

• Adding move up, down, left, right
• Change QDial with QwtCompas
• Remove zoom all (already in the toolbar)
• Use separated widget, since it's not possible to add QWidget above the 3D map window
