It's interesting to see the potential application. I tried to install sf, and it can resolve the dependencies properly.

In this case, I can just give the list of geospatial packages, and install it using dnf install R-CRAN-package_name. There are some unsupported packages,

As far as I checked, it doesn't use sysreqsdb. But it's written in ist TODO
