Please make it convenient and pleasant to work with, now it is simply impossible to use

(ugly, bugs, chat doesn't work, and almost everything else doesn't work well)

The website is not designed for mobile, only for desktop. May I ask why do you need to use the website from your phone?

I have a second phone and I need to download something there, too
