Test fail with disabled heap checker #627

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure with --disable-heap-checker
2. make
3. Observe test to fail linking stage

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tests pass or are disabled when dependencies are missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gperftools 2.2, amd64, Manjaro Linux & Ubuntu 14.04

Please provide any additional information below.

Does not happen on my box. Tried 2.2 tar.gz and ./configure 
-disable-heap-checker && make.

May I have entire output of your unpack-configure-build cycle ?

Issue is not reproducible anymore today. Was perfectly reproducible when 
reported.

Please close the defect.
