Update documentation of <ehcache:annotation-driven/> settings and @Cacheable properties for the new feature "self refreshing cache" introduced in version 1.2.0 #92

The additional settings for the new feature "self refreshing cache" [1] 
introduced in version 1.2.0 should be documented in the tables 
"<ehcache:annotation-driven/> settings" and "@Cacheable Settings" in [2].

Btw. this wiki page [2] could be improved by refactoring the 
<ehcache:annotation-driven/> specific information into a separate wiki page. 
This new wiki page should be referenced from within the other wiki pages (e.g. 
@KeyGenerator [3]) where <ehcache:annotation-driven/> is mentioned.
