v1.2.3 not present on conda package repository #96

It doesn't look like 1.2.3 has been uploaded to the conda package repository: https://anaconda.org/gadgetron/siemens_to_ismrmrd

We need version 1.2.3 with the fixes to test Gadgetron on an NX based Siemens system. * Please can the latest version be uploaded?

*This may not be needed for this actually, but this version is still missing from conda

We need a PR here: https://github.com/gadgetron/gadgetron-conda-recipes to produce that package.
