I added view pornstars by Letter, search by pornstar and added an extra config 
file for HD only.  I named it HD preferred instead because if a pornstar 
doesn't have HD videos.  It will still display lower quality videos for that 
pornstar.

Is there a way to add an option in videodevil to toggle on/off appending the 
url?  For example

right click menu and selecting "HD only" appends 4tube specified links with 
?hd=on

Or it could be a radio button on left menu.

Some websites append tags or categories.  In this case, ideally clicking on a 
folder would cause videodevil to append the urls.
example of this would be clicking folder "categories" then when you click on a 
categorie like "solo" it appends urls with whatever the site normally appends 
their urls.

This would allow us to navigate the sites better.
