Error 500 on subdomain #121

Open Nem0oo opened 9 years ago

I 've successfully installed it in sub directory on my domain (mydomain.com/openbay) but WordPress kept messing with the behavior of the links so I've created a sub domain (openbay.mydomain) where WordPress wouldn't be a problem. I installed it perfectly without any problem on this sub domain but now, whenever I try to search or I browse even recent torrents, I get a Error 500. Any advises ?

Are you using a local database ? With Sphinx ? You can turn on debugging on openbay/src/protected/config/debug.php for a more explicit error.

The .htaccess from Wordpress might be causing permissions issues . So I recommend moving openbay to different directory which isn't influenced by Wordpress

There are many reasons why an HTTP request may result in status code 500 ("Internal Server Error") -- but in this case, we've not enough information to diagnose it.

I would suggest checking your server's error logs for further details.

I'm not using my database, I used the default setting to install. It worked great in a subdirectory so I think the .htaccess isn't responsible for it. I can't find the error log on my server (1&1) I just have the access log whitch doesn't give me any clue.
