Create new example hdf5 files #163

Since issues have been fixed regarding iohub hdf5 sample state values, some new HDF5 example data files should be created to replace the three existing files in the test_data folder.

@g-no I'm not sure where we are at with this, but could you create a German "short story" or similar example, just using the TestWinTab - so no need for trial information. I'll then check that we have a good set of examples.
