Remove out of date docs #199

The user guide https://github.com/isolver/OpenHandWrite/tree/master/docs is very out of date, but (for me) is first hits in google. I think we can safely remove it? I think all of the content is in the Wiki, which Guido and I will try to keep up to date.

I've removed the whole docs directory.
