User manual is low priority (as you've indicated). I would leave any sort of manual until this has been very thoroughly tested and there is a clear need for one. A youtube video is a better way of explaining use, I think.
Good idea about youtube video. I'm adding 'ON HOLD' tag to the doc related issues.

Have you created screen capture with audio commentary videos? What do you use? I tried Camstudio last night (for instructions for a different program) and ended up with a >1GB avi file for a 2 min video. There must be better ways.
I use this free screen capture tool https://github.com/rdp/screen-capture-recorder-to-video-windows-free, that is what I used to create the video I sent you of the app.
