fix(deps): update AWS SDK JS dependencies to 3.577.0 #1416

TL;DR

Bump versions for various AWS SDK dependencies from 3.575.0, 3.578.0, and 3.590.0 to 3.577.0.

What changed?

Updated @aws-sdk/client-amplify to 3.577.0
Updated @aws-sdk/client-cloudwatch-logs to 3.577.0
Updated @aws-sdk/client-dynamodb to 3.577.0
Updated @aws-sdk/client-secrets-manager to 3.577.0
Updated aws-sdk from 2.1619.0 to 2.1623.0

How to test?

Run the build and ensure it completes successfully.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not broken.
Verify that the updated AWS SDK clients are functioning as expected by executing sample API calls.
