Is 238 removal of feature flag to fully deprecate queues in site launch process

Problem

We intended to have a safe release + deprecation of queues. After the site launch trial, we know that this is a safe enough operation to delete.

Solution

Remove microservices folder, copy paste type definition over to siteLaunch.ts in our types folder.

Outside of this PR, I have also deleted lingering Infra that serverless created.
