feat: Add typescript typings #51

I will use this file in my project. If I notice any mistakes I will update my fork. Disclaimers: I have no idea if this is the correct way to add typings to a npm repo (especially the string in the module declaration). I have never created a type declaration file before. It may not be complete/incorrect.
