Mutex Timeout #74

we are getting the following on using isomorphic-git and lightning fs in our app - is this an expected condition?

rebumping this - saw this again after a year. appears while inspecting the lock manager that a lock wasn't being release correctly.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with mutex code. Do you want to take a look and see if you can fix the issue?
