Support multi-day events in Calendar #550

If you use the showcase and you create a CalendarEvent that last for more than 
one day (for 48 hours for exemple) it's displayed on the first day but not on 
the second (and not on the third).

I consider this a really important feature. Can't imagine it'd be very 
difficult to implement. Would be interesting to hear from SmartGWT folks what 
their opinion is.
