CSS Errors for SelectItems and UploadItems #687

Hello,

I am using smartgwt 3.1d from 20.09.2012 and I found 2 CSS Bugs... I am using 
the enterprise skin. 

1. The UploadItem() in DynamicForms does not appear in the right height. This 
happens in Firefox, Opera, Chrome and Internet Explorer.

2. The second issue is appears in Opera. The SelectItem is not shown proper in 
DynamicForms in you use the method selectItem.setColSpan( 2 )
