Flick support on windows #28

Whether we can use flick on windows system? The prerequisites mentions to be built on OSX?

Right now only OSX and Linux. I, unfortunately, haven't had a lot of time to work on whats needed for Windows. Windows doesn't support forked processes so need to find a solution for that.
