macOS Mouse Support : Some troubles when using mc or htop

Feature description

On the Mac, there seems to be some kind of mouse support but only to select a row in – taking your example – mc. No way to open a folder or something that needs a double click. Sometimes the bottom row reacts to clicks to quit for example. In htop selecting rows works, too. The bottom row with all the F-keys doesn't work most of the times and I cannot say what makes it work.
