Control-Space Support #1071

Bug description

I am an emacs user, and a common key combo is control-space for the “set-mark” command.

On WebSSH control-space (holding down ctrl and pressing the space bar) results in the following text being inserted:
If possble, please have this key combo send the NUL (0x0) byte or add an option to do this. The other key combo which traditionally send NUL is control-@, but that key combo also doesn’t work. Thanks,
