Feature description

[ ] New role : Proxmox VE
[ ] List VM and CT
- [ ] Ability to start / stop / restart VM and CT
- [ ] Light monitoring of VM and CT
[ ] All will be done under SSH (no HTTP API)
- [ ] When "Proxmox VE" role is chosen => SSH is also chosen if not yet.
- [ ] Disabling "SSH" role will disable "Proxmox VE" too
