SSH : Launch through (another one :) #1103

Feature description

Ability to launch a SSH / SFTP / TUNNEL through an already connected SSH session :

  1. Launch a SSH session as usual
  2. Context menu on a SSH / SFTP / TUNNEL
  3. Launch
  4. Through...
  5. Choose one SSH session already established

This issue doesn't replace #577 but it's easier to implement before
