Home Bar over virtual keys #586

Bug description

Hello.

Since it is impossible to remove the bottom horizontal bar of iPadOS, I think the only solution would be to change the placement of the app buttons to the top, as they are hampered below by the totally unnecessary and visually absurd iPadOS bar.

Instead of moving them I will add an option to disable the accessory bar when the hardware keyboard is connected.
