Vijay / Devin, can you propose initial scope (what topics to include / what not) and classification for the list? We can always change later but it helps to structure things and explain what the list is about to visitors. R

My thoughts on initial classification -

  1. Universities offering Pharmacometrics Training
    • Europe
    • North America
    • Asia
  2. Annual (recurring) courses that relate to Pharmacometrics training
  3. Journals/Conference web pages that publish pharmacometrics work (FDAClinpharm/ASCPT/page/etc)
    • Clinical
    • Methodology
    • Drug Development
    • Statistics
    • Tutorials
  4. Entity specific (software/consulting/pharma company..) website/blog posts (if any)
  5. Author specific (Nick, Nathan..) websites/blog posts
  6. Books
  7. Online videos
    • Pharmacometric specific
    • Clinical pharmacology specific
    • PKPD
    • Statistics
      • Basic
      • Advanced
  8. Collection of Software guides that have detailed concepts

@smouksassi @ronkeizer @dpastoor - are we going ahead with this scope? Do you have any suggestions. I am proposing an initial deadline of August 10th for us to collect as much as possible!

ronkeizer commented 9 years ago

OK as start, will begin filling in soon. Few suggestions though: 1) add Australia & New Zealand, Africa, and North America --> America? (or add South America). 4) and 5) can be grouped as it is such a low number anyhow. Perhaps make a subdivision: a) personal, b) commercial, c) other? 6) add subdivision, e.g.: a) pharmacometrics b) systems pharmacology c) pharmacokinetics & clinical pharmacology d) relevant mathematics e) relevant statistics g) relevant software engineering

Ok ..will do that. Creating a github page for ISoP is on the agenda so that we have a presentable front facing page
