Justification: Unresolved comment on ISO 19131:2007/DAmd 1, submitted by SE: Annex E, Figure E.2 DPS_ScopeInformation missing 'from Specification Scopes'. Not consistent with other figures. Proposal: Add 'from Specification Scopes' to DPS_ScopeInformation.

Submitted as PMG comment on systematic review with due date 2016-03-15. PMG informed project lead of the issue via email. When submitted as PMG comment, requests on the Standards Tracker are resolved.
