Not an issue l, but a question #5

Not that I have everything functional, I have a question about RF output. Is there a way to increase the output to use a pair of rabbit ear antennas effectively? I have a pair that I've played around with and the range is near non existent. I have a color watchman that I tested the range with and I had to be almost touching the antenna in order to get a clear picture. I have an old RCA antenna amplifier, but that just made the picture worse since it's just a weak signal to begin with. Would appreciate any input!

Ha! Great question. Short answer is no, there isn't an easy way to increase the output, but it would theoretically be possible to run it into an appropriate RF amplifier to achieve a lower-power signal. This is untested and unsupported, of course, and I'd advise you to check with local laws to make sure that you're not going over any power limits or stepping on any reserved frequencies.
