MD flag in SAM file #5

To use graphmap as part of a workflow, it'd be great to have the MD flag in the SAM file without having to run samtools calmd as an extra step

Hi! This finally got implemented in the latest release (v0.3.0) :-) Still needs thorough testing though. Could you give it a shot? If yes, let me know if everything works fine so I can close this issue.
