Basically I found NUMT in my genome, which is uncommon and I was wondering if racon polishing could create this ?
If for instance there is a mitochondrial gene that is indeed inserted in the nuclear genome: is it possible that racon create then a full mitochondrion (after polishing) because some reads correspond to the mitochondrion ?
