Some RouterOS devices run their config scripts every 15 seconds. This clutters the notification window on the ISPApp server and pollutes the log file and causes unnecessary traffic and CPU load.

This is a lie.

They retry until success and networks can modify traffic to force a retry but not per TCPIP.
