add "additional ping targets" to hosts #48

Should be able to add additional ping targets for hosts.

To allow hosts such as routers to be easily configured to ping devices on the local network to ensure constant connectivity, such as security cameras.

Then any wireless jamming would be logged.

Please remove the for other ping targets.

@emrahtavsan please modify the RouterOS agent so devices only ping the server they are associated with. Please remove the other ping targets.

We need to only ping the server for now.
