Wi-Fi settings: Encryption type #56

Encryption type doesn't need to be a configurable Wi-Fi setting. We should use the strongest method of encryption the device supports. If no password is specified then there should be "no encryption."

This client does that regardless, this is an issue with the server not with the client.
