v2.06 merged lines and added system script #60

I incremented the version number and merged lines that were wrapping during the export by doing an /export terse. "/export terse" also added "/system script" to the front of the "system script add" lines.

There's no reason for this, I will export terse in the update that fixes https://github.com/ispapp/ispapp-routeros-client/issues/55
