Add support for protobuf-2.3.0 plugin structure

Is there any plans to support the 2.3.0 plugin structure in the near future?  
Also I would suggest to keep the version scheme to match major protobuf 
release, i.e so that 2.3.X signifies compability with protobuf 2.3.x

support more futures than protobuf-actionscript3(enum, nested message, 
extension).

Porting this project as a 2.3 compiler plugin would be absolutely great. I 
don't have
the bandwith right now, but would be thrilled to open a branch for someone to 
start it.

What about you pop.atry? Unless you really have implemented everything, it 
would be
beneficial for everybody if we merge the projects.

Hi, my project is wrote in different language (Java), it has less code and more 
feature. I think there is nothing to merge from protobuf-actionscript3 
currently.
