Dictionary from imported csv file has no Morphology analyses ability

/import_csv Generated dictionary may have Affix and Meaning fields but it has no Morphology analyses ability. Such ability should be added.

Temporal solution:

• Create checkbox 'Morphology concordance' in dialog window to mark imported dictionary as morphological one

Complete solution:

• Check for fields names e.g. 'Affix' to decide if a Dictionary is morphological

Actually everything was ready before, just fields must have correct names. So, 'Affix' and 'Meaning of affix' were required. Now this condition is more flexible. 'affix' or 'аффикс' (case insensitive), 'Meaning of affix' or just 'meaning' are acceptable.
