Distance map update and optimization #808

Distance map (Home page -> Tools -> Language genetic proximity map) should be refactored, updated to use new language tree components from #720 and optimized.

If required, any other GraphQL backend API besideslanguage_tree and languages should also be optimized, as as of now Distance map is too slow.

As Distance map uses Cognate analysis functions, see also #612, #778, #779, #795.

I think this page should be re-designed. Perhaps new design will not require language tree component for languages selection.
