CI coverage report #51

This Pull Request adds coverage report generation to main.yml workflow.

Currently even though we explicitly remove external dependencies (CIRCT, lib, /usr directories) they are somehow still included in the final report.

Other than that, this Pull Request can be converted to a normal one instead of a draft.
