Enter a sequence attached to a protein #258

Allow at the level of the EXI interface to store a sequence attached to a protein. This is not possible to do today in ISPYB but the field exists under the protein table.

Some work is still needed. It would be great to display the best result of autoprocessing as well as the PDB and map file
