(i) the first tab meta data can be the filename details (date, time, file name, etc)
(ii) the second tab can be the microscope parameters (for a start, Voltage, pixel size, No. of frames, Phase plate used or not, counting or super-resolution mode, total dose (or dose/frame), nanoprobe or microprobe, C1, C2, C3 values, etc.)
(iii) the third tab can be the output parameters obtained from the pre-processing (Motion correction and CTF estimation). For a start, these can be defocus u and v, max. resolution upto which thon rings are visible, if phase plate is used, increase in contrast, phase shift values.
For cryo-EM, we may have more than three picture tabs.
(i) location in Atlas/grid square (this could be one or two or three snapshots (whole grid, square, foilhole))
(ii) aligned and summed movie snapshot (from Motioncor2 in scipion)
(iii) PSD from movie correction (from Motioncor2 in scipion)
