Agent DVR Authenticator Code #231

Hi. I have installed Agent DVR, but when I try to connect I get a message asking for "Authenticator code" that I don't know how to get it. Can anybody help me? Thanks in advance AuthenticatorCode

that means you've setup 2 factor authentication using the account menu - you'll need to check a 2FA app on your mobile device for a code for ispyconnect

Excuse me, but I never chose that 2FA option. I never installed an app on my mobile phone. What is the app to use? Is it in the Google Play Store? Thanks for the reply. But it hasn't helped me much. Sorry for my English from Google translator.

check that you're logging into the right account - enabling 2FA isn't something that can happen by accident (you need to enter a 2FA code to enable it) so if it's on that means someone has set it up on your account or you're signing into the wrong account.
