For the 3rd ISQCMC in 2025, improve the proceedings page's bibtex system:

[ ] Find a way of having the bibtex bodies stored in a separate file
[x] Find a way for having a button referencing an entry on that file
[x] Make a "copy to clipboard" button that retrieves the string stored in the separate file correctly
[ ] Make a download button that will trigger the download of the bibtex file

probably what we should have done is to have everything in bibtex files and then reference that with out current component button - i think that is what nime does on their website. But we have not only bibtex but other reference styles, so that is where it complicated a bit and having an organized list of dictionaries is a good idea. So I reckon (and at this point) it would be easier to wizz out a new script that generates that file on the fly for users to download 🤔
