Save Manager: Ignore the Chinese "Your system configuration" and DVDPlayer/System update folders #1

Save manager ignores the "Your system configuration" folders. wesley forgot of the chinese variant of this folder.

In adition, the DVDPlayer and System update folders have been added as exceptions. as they contain KELF files tied to the origin memory card.
