Use recompiled `MCTOOLS.IXR`, `SECRSIF.IRX` and `SECRMAN.IRX` (loaded inside an IOPRP image) #11

This will use recompiled binaries of said IRX drviers instead of the prebuilt binaries intentionally used to compile, left by SP193 inside source code.
