Remove unused RGB animations #5

In https://github.com/qmk/qmk_firmware/pull/7680 there's a small change to the way animations are handled.

I don't really use the RGB test mode anyway, since I'm done building the levinson.

Required steps:

go through firmware, remove the super heavy animations
evaluate the color palette on layer 3 and consider removing it entirely
send PR back up to qmk/qmk_firmware with my latest keymaps.
