Make name/URL/e-mail editable #111

Most things I have to "fix" for my commenters are their e-mail address. The "edit" function should handle that.

Currently, the server part supports changing name and website; this is just not exposed to the user on the client side.

E-mails are used for spam prevention and for notifying users - I'm not sure how we should handle that. Also, should the admin receive another email if someone with an approved/pending comment changed their email and would he have to re-approve the comment?

Would be nice if someone thought about this and presented a few options.

TODO, for now:
