This PR includes

introduced a new parameter slater_basis to specify the interaction bases (cubic, spherical, J-Jz) and its order
improved stdout of dcore_pre
refactored dcore_pre
fixed a bug in interaction='slater_f'
added a test for U-matrix
a minor improvement of read_potential
a minor improvement in dcore_check (color cycle)
