Add new parameters

[pre]
flag_lattice = True
flag_umat = True
flag_local_potential = True
overwrite = True

I changed flag_* to skip_*. The example below shows the default values:

[pre]
  skip_lattice = False
  skip_umat = False
  skip_local_potential = False
  overwrite = True
